Return Conditions

You can return the product you received from the courier within FOURTEEN (14) days of receipt, provided that it is unused, the tags are intact, and it is undamaged, unaltered, and in its original condition (including the invoice and any other accessories).

When receiving your order from the courier, please check the package in the presence of the courier representative. If you believe the product(s) may have been damaged during shipping, do not accept the delivery. Ensure that the courier creates an official report documenting the damage and return the product(s) without accepting them.

Before returning the product, please email us at [email protected] with information about the item you wish to return and obtain approval.

Once the product(s) are received by us, we will carefully inspect them. If they meet the above conditions, a replacement will be processed on the same day. If you prefer a refund, it will be completed within 3 business days.

Refunds will be made in the same payment method used for the purchase. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the credit card; if by bank transfer, the refund will be sent to the bank account within 3 business days.

For exchange transactions, the shipping cost of the new product is the responsibility of the Buyer.
Cancellation Conditions
If you wish to cancel your order, you can contact our Customer Service before the product is handed over to the courier and request a cancellation. Once we receive your request, your order will be canceled before shipment, and your payment will be refunded to your credit card.
